Dry Wash Only

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, un-ironed, and returned with original tags, security ribbon/QR, packaging, and accessories intact.
• One size exchange is free per eligible order, subject to stock availability.
• Prepaid orders receive a free first return pickup. For Partial COD and COD preference returns, the applicable return-pickup fee is deducted from the refund.
• For wrong, damaged, defective, missing, or materially different products, we provide a free resolution after verification.
